(I've been feeling a lot like this lately)
I'm on the mend thankfully from my accident earlier in the week and wish to thank you for all your kind messages and emails. I'll be okay and back in action very soon.
In the meantime, please enjoy these images created by graphic designer Leslie David whose work I discovered today. For Please! Magazine's 5th birthday they asked artists to reinterpret their past issues. Leslie's interpretation is such a simple idea - gouache painted on existing images to add beautiful texture and colour and yet I personally see covering a model's face in paint as such a confronting image. Do you think?
What do you think of these images? How do they make you feel?
