It’s almost Father’s Day - that time of the year to spoil dads over
lunch, cake and gifts. Over the years I must admit I haven’t been very good at
keeping up with this tradition. Father’s Day falls close to my dad’s birthday
and we usually just celebrate the one occasion. And also I can find it a little
hard to shop for him. Do you find it
hard to shop for father’s day too?
My dad is a keen gardener. He can often be found pottering around
his garden which he very proud of. New visitors to his home are often given the
grand tour garden with my dad proudly showing off the orange, mandarin, lime,
lemon, olive and fig trees he has grown over the years. He also grows various
vegetables – lettuces, tomato plants, beans – you name it, and if it is edible,
my dad has grown it.
So you would think that choosing gifts for my dad would be easy but
I still struggle. Masters have a new website and they have asked me to show you
products from their online store that I think would make a great gift for my
dad and if your dad is a keen gardener too, maybe there are some ideas for you
here.
1. Eureka Lemon Tree – of course!
2. Riga outdoor chairs to brighten up my dad’s outdoor table and a
place to sit to admire his beautiful garden.
3. Strawberry plant and pot
4. Round chester black basket for some hanging plants my dad has
grown
5. My parents entertain a lot outdoors so I know they will get much
use out of an outdoor heater for the patio
6. Various new gardening tools
Over the next few weeks I’ll be working on a refurb project with
thanks to Masters and there will be an opportunity for you to be involved too.
I’ll reveal more in the coming weeks but in the meantime, if you are looking
for a father’s day gift have a look at the Masters
website as they have a large selection of products and not only gardening
products and enjoy this Father’s Day!
