I have spent tonight baking cookies for my son's christening - 322 down, 178 to go. At least I'm over the half way mark (positive thinker I am). Here is the winning recipe - Triple Choc Cookies.
Oh and last Friday I mentioned I would be doing some cooking over the weekend. Not sure if this counts because I technically didn't cook it - White Chocolate and Berry Cheesecake. Heaven.
